Well, it’s two days past the first two weeks in Feb., but considering I’ve been at the SXSW Interactive Festival, I’m feeling really good at being more or less on track for a song every two weeks. Now I’ve got to get “God Has Been Good To Me” done during the music weekend of SX. Fun late nights ahead!

The following sketch-ups of this song including backup chorus and guitar with sketched/sung horn mock-up and exclude more than half the original instrumental parts. Doug said, “Too long.” Thanks Doug.

All tracks are 130 BPM. Please, people, import into your audio editor and lay something cool on top.

Here’s the cleanest version so far. Only piece of the original is the count off “1-2-3-4.”

This version has the original demo behind it revealing how the first guitar track is a bit sloppy.
